Luxury Villa Casta Diva is located in the picturesque small town of Viskovici (Raša municipality), in a quiet climate surrounded by nature and friendly natives. The nearest beach in Koromačno is 3 km away and the town of Labin is 15 km away.

With an area of 240m2 Villa Casta Diva can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 double bedrooms upstairs, one double room on the ground floor and a sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are equipped with large handmade double beds, SMART-TV, wardrobe, air conditioning and each has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All upstairs rooms have a beautiful sea view.

Two rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating and deck chairs, overlooking the sea, the pool and garden. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a modern living room with two sofas, SMART-TV, Hi-Fi system, fireplace, underfloor heating and a bar suitable for evening socializing.

The living room opens onto a large terrace surrounded by mediterranean plants. The terrace and the barbecue area are partially covered so that you can find shade at any time of the day during the summer heat or during a rainy day. There is also a sun deck with sun loungers, cocktail tables and an outdoor solar shower. From the terrace you enter a large infinity pool of 58m2 with a waterfall for massage, counter-current swimming, a shallow for children, comfortable wide stairs and a bench under water.

At your service here is a yacuzzi for 6 people, where you can relax in the evening enjoying the sunset.

There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue, a bar and a large table with benches. There is also a garden furniture with armchairs where you can enjoy your first cup of Nesspresso or Filter coffee in the morning.

The terrace has a direct access to the indoor Wellness area where there is a sauna, shower, toilet and Laconium for relaxation. Next to the terrace there is a Mediterranean garden with aromatic herbs and a romantic seating area.The garden area is approximately 500m2.

In the anteroom of sauna, there is a Laconium with heated benches for relaxation. The walls are also heated, so during the winter days, you can enjoy the SPA Zone. The Laconium also has built-in speakers with soothing music, which will further relax you and relieve all your worries.

Villa Casta Diva is specially designed so that it can be used in any season. All bathrooms have underfloor and wall heating, as does the Wellness Zone. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units and the dining room and living room are additionally equipped with a fireplace and underfloor heating for special comfort in colder days. The hydromassage yacuzzi is heated to 36-40 degrees throughout the year.
